Security Officer

We are seeking an Information Security Officer to lead our cybersecurity program. You will be responsible for protecting our systems, data, and intellectual property while meeting institutional investor security requirements.

Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain comprehensive information security program
• Conduct security assessments and penetration testing
• Implement and monitor security controls and access management
• Lead incident response and security event management
• Ensure compliance with security standards (SOC 2, ISO 27001)
• Conduct security awareness training for employees
• Manage vendor security assessments and third-party risk
• Support investor security due diligence processes
Requirements:
• 8+ years of information security experience
• Experience implementing security programs in financial services
• Strong knowledge of security frameworks (NIST, ISO 27001, SOC 2)
• Understanding of cloud security (AWS, GCP)
• Experience with security tools and SIEM platforms
• Relevant certifications (CISSP, CISM, CEH)
• Excellent communication and documentation skills
• BS in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field
Nice to have:
• Experience at a hedge fund or trading firm
• Knowledge of trading system security requirements
• Experience with cryptocurrency custody security
• Background in penetration testing or red team operations
