Responsibilities:



  • Manage back office tickets and provide 24/7 online inquiry and email response services.

  • Engage with customers via email or online tools to address inquiries, provide advice, and gather feedback.

  • Collaborate with business units to document customer requests and issues.

  • Offer support and document feedback accordingly.

  • Handle customer complaints, special cases, and ad hoc tasks as required.

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree or higher and at least 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in finance or e-commerce.

  • Strong honesty, integrity, proactivity, attention to detail, and teamwork skills.

  • Ability to perform under pressure with excellent communication skills and a commitment to exceeding expectations.

  • Passionate about customer service and willing to work flexible shifts, including nights.

  • Positive attitude towards crypto, with personal or professional experience preferred.

  • Proficiency in English required.
