Responsibilities:
Manage back office tickets and provide 24/7 online inquiry and email response services.
Engage with customers via email or online tools to address inquiries, provide advice, and gather feedback.
Collaborate with business units to document customer requests and issues.
Offer support and document feedback accordingly.
Handle customer complaints, special cases, and ad hoc tasks as required.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or higher and at least 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in finance or e-commerce.
Strong honesty, integrity, proactivity, attention to detail, and teamwork skills.
Ability to perform under pressure with excellent communication skills and a commitment to exceeding expectations.
Passionate about customer service and willing to work flexible shifts, including nights.
Positive attitude towards crypto, with personal or professional experience preferred.
Proficiency in English required.
