We are seeking a Controller to oversee our accounting and financial reporting operations. You will manage the finance team and ensure accurate, timely financial information while supporting the CFO in strategic initiatives.

Responsibilities:
• Oversee all accounting operations and financial reporting
• Manage fund accounting team and ensure accurate NAV calculations
• Lead month-end and year-end close processes
• Coordinate annual audits and regulatory filings
• Implement and maintain financial controls and procedures
• Prepare financial analysis and reporting for management
• Manage relationships with fund administrator and prime brokers
• Support tax planning and compliance
Requirements:
• 10+ years of accounting experience with 5+ years in hedge funds
• CPA required
• Strong knowledge of fund accounting and partnership structures
• Experience with performance fee calculations and waterfalls
• Advanced Excel and experience with accounting systems
• Leadership experience managing accounting teams
• Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting; MBA preferred
Nice to have:
• Experience at a quantitative or systematic fund
• Big Four audit background
• Knowledge of multiple asset classes including derivatives
• Experience with institutional investor reporting requirements
