We are seeking a Head of Technology to lead our engineering organization and technology strategy. You will be responsible for building a world-class technology team and ensuring our systems can support institutional scale trading operations.

Responsibilities:
• Define and execute technology strategy aligned with business objectives
• Build and lead the engineering team, establishing culture and best practices
• Oversee development of trading systems, data infrastructure, and research platforms
• Ensure system reliability, performance, and security at institutional scale
• Manage technology budget and vendor relationships
• Collaborate with investment team on technology-enabled trading capabilities
• Drive innovation and continuous improvement in technology stack
• Represent technology in executive discussions and investor meetings
Requirements:
• 10+ years of software engineering experience with 5+ years in leadership
• Experience building technology teams at quantitative trading firms
• Deep technical expertise in trading systems and market data infrastructure
• Strong programming skills (Python, C++, or Rust)
• Experience with cloud infrastructure and distributed systems
• Track record of delivering complex technical projects
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• BS/MS in Computer Science or related field
Nice to have:
• CTO or VP Engineering experience at a $100M+ fund
• Background in low-latency or high-frequency trading systems
• Experience with machine learning infrastructure
• Knowledge of cryptocurrency exchange connectivity
