Chief Technology
Officer (CTO)

Panama / Dubai / Remote

We are seeking a Chief Technology Officer to provide strategic technology leadership as we operate at institutional scale. You will be responsible for our overall technology vision, ensuring our systems provide competitive advantage in systematic trading.

Responsibilities:


• Define and execute long-term technology vision and strategy

• Lead technology organization including engineering, DevOps, and data teams

• Ensure technology capabilities support competitive trading performance

• Drive innovation in trading systems, research platforms, and infrastructure

• Manage technology risk, security, and business continuity

• Represent technology in investor meetings and due diligence

• Build partnerships with technology vendors and exchanges

• Serve on executive team and contribute to firm strategy

Requirements:


• 15+ years of technology experience with 8+ years in leadership roles

• CTO or VP Engineering experience at a quantitative trading firm

• Deep expertise in trading systems, data infrastructure, and distributed systems

• Track record of building high-performing technology organizations

• Strong understanding of systematic trading and alpha generation

• Excellent communication and leadership abilities

• MS/PhD in Computer Science or related field preferred
