Chief Financial
Officer (CFO)

Panama / Dubai / Remote

We are seeking a Chief Financial Officer to lead all financial functions as we achieve institutional scale. You will be responsible for financial strategy, reporting, treasury management, and ensuring the firm has the financial infrastructure to support continued growth.

Responsibilities:


• Lead all financial planning, analysis, and reporting functions

• Oversee fund accounting, treasury, and tax planning

• Manage relationships with auditors, prime brokers, and financial institutions

• Develop financial controls and ensure regulatory compliance

• Support capital raising with financial due diligence and reporting

• Provide strategic financial analysis to support business decisions

• Build and lead finance team as organization scales

• Serve as key member of executive team

Requirements:


• 15+ years of finance experience with 8+ years in asset management

• Experience as CFO or Controller at a $250M+ hedge fund

• CPA with deep knowledge of fund accounting and structures

• Strong understanding of quantitative trading operations

• Experience with institutional investor financial requirements

• Excellent leadership and communication skills

• MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred
