We are seeking an experienced Capital Raiser to drive our fundraising efforts toward our $500M AUM target. You will be responsible for building relationships with institutional investors, family offices, and high-net-worth individuals while positioning our fund for rapid growth.

Responsibilities:


• Develop and execute capital raising strategy to achieve $500M AUM target

• Build and maintain relationships with institutional investors, allocators, and consultants

• Create compelling marketing materials, pitch decks, and due diligence documents

• Manage investor pipeline and CRM, tracking all interactions and opportunities

• Represent the fund at conferences, roadshows, and investor meetings

• Coordinate operational due diligence processes with potential investors

• Provide market intelligence on competitive landscape and investor preferences

• Support investor relations activities for existing LPs

Requirements:


• 7+ years of capital raising experience for hedge funds or alternative investments
• Established network of institutional investors, family offices, and allocators
• Track record of successful fundraising ($100M+ raised)
• Deep understanding of quantitative and systematic trading strategies
• Excellent presentation and communication skills
• Strong knowledge of fund structures, terms, and investor expectations
• Series 3 and/or 7 licenses preferred
