We are seeking an experienced Capital Raiser to drive our fundraising efforts toward our $500M AUM target. You will be responsible for building relationships with institutional investors, family offices, and high-net-worth individuals while positioning our fund for rapid growth.

Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute capital raising strategy to achieve $500M AUM target
• Build and maintain relationships with institutional investors, allocators, and consultants
• Create compelling marketing materials, pitch decks, and due diligence documents
• Manage investor pipeline and CRM, tracking all interactions and opportunities
• Represent the fund at conferences, roadshows, and investor meetings
• Coordinate operational due diligence processes with potential investors
• Provide market intelligence on competitive landscape and investor preferences
• Support investor relations activities for existing LPs
Requirements:
• 5+ years of DevOps experience, preferably in financial services
• Expert-level knowledge of AWS or GCP cloud services
• Strong experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Proficiency in infrastructure-as-code (Terraform, CloudFormation)
• Experience with monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana, DataDog)
• Strong scripting skills (Python, Bash)
• Understanding of network architecture and security principles
• BS in Computer Science or equivalent experience


Nice to have:
• Experience at a quantitative trading firm or HFT shop
• Knowledge of co-location and low-latency networking
• Security certifications (AWS Security, CISSP)
• Experience with time-series databases and market data systems
