Responsibilities
This position includes managing back office tickets and providing round-the-clock online inquiry and email response services to customers. Engage with customers via email or online tools to address inquiries, provide advice, and gather feedback. Collaborate with other business units to accurately document customer requests and issues, offering support and documenting feedback accordingly. Additionally, handle customer complaints, special cases, or any ad hoc tasks as required.
Requirements:
We require candidates with a bachelor's degree or higher and a minimum of 1 year of customer service experience, ideally in finance or e-commerce. They should demonstrate high levels of honesty, integrity, proactivity, and attention to detail, with a strong sense of responsibility and teamwork. Ability to perform under pressure, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to exceeding expectations are essential. Candidates should be passionate about customer service and willing to work flexible shifts, including nights. A positive attitude towards the crypto industry and personal or professional experience with cryptocurrency are preferred. Proficiency in English is required.
